Graeme works in the world of Performance Coaching, Mentoring, Lifestyle and Psychology and has over 25 years’ experience in Business, Education and Sport. He has extensive expertise in people development, talent identification and performance enhancement.
Graeme started his pathway as a talented tennis player who followed his dream on a scholarship to the USA. A former world ranked player who continues to have an impact within British Tennis as County Captain, Coach and player.
Graeme spent a number of years working within the field of International Management, Coaching and Consultancy in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Cyprus and Egypt before returning to the UK. Graeme has vast experience within teaching and learning having spent 8 years lecturing in Sport Science specialising in Psychology and Coaching theory and implementation. Graeme’s next 8 year cycle saw him take a lead on the Governments Coach Education pathway where he not only managed the North East Region and Northern Ireland but authored a suite of resources on Physical Literacy and Fundamentals of Movement.
Graeme has worked with internationally ranked players, coaches and professional business people in the world of Business, Education and Sport.
Graeme is now in his 10th year working as a Performance Consultant working with a variety of clients and tools based on fulfilling potential and performance. He has completed a variety of industry standard qualifications in Emotional Intelligence, Personality Profiling, General Intelligence assessments, NLP and HeartMath.
